Mexican cheeses with the most international awards
In Rancho San Josemaría all the cheeses are elaborated of artisan form with only sheep milk. Each piece of cheese is unique and reflects the care that the people involved in its preparation observe, from the production of the milk that is used, until the end of its maturation in a chamber with controlled temperature and humidity.
Rancho San Josemaría, the sheep and the artisanal factory of their cheeses, can be visited any day of the week, by appointment, in order to be attended properly. Inside the ranch, visitors have the opportunity to know from the milking process of the dairy sheep that are raised in the place and from which the milk is obtained for the elaboration of the cheeses, in an atmosphere of tranquility and of coexistence with nature.
