At CASA TRUEBA (@casatruebec), you will find a restaurant specialized in seafood to cool off in the climate of the semi-desert of Queretaro. In addition to the great flavor of its seasoning, here you can fish your own mojarra, feed the tilapias, and best of all, meet its family of American bison.
