In Querétaro, the summer is characterized for being the season for visiting the vineyards. The Harvest Season begins, the fields are green and the climate invites you to spend the day outdoors.
It doesn’t matter if you are from Querétaro or just coming for visit, the grape stomping during the harvest season is an experience that you should live at least once in a lifetime, you can do it through the Route Art, Cheese and Wine.
This celebration, now known worldwide, has its origins in the Mediterranean costs, however the Greeks were the ones who spread out the viticulture to celebrate and thank the gods for the good crops.
