The ideal vineyard for your wedding
Don Vittorio Giaginto Bortoluz Perencin (Vittorio for his family, Jacinto for his Mexican friends), agrarian expert, specialist in viticulture and oenologist by the renowned Conegliano School of Italy, arrived in Mexico in the 1940s, hired by the company "Productos Vinícolas de Delicias" where until the end of 1951, he dedicated himself to develop vines for the territories of Chihuahua and Coahuila. Persistent in his search, he moved his stay to the San Juan del Río Valley, Querétaro, where he spent almost a decade cultivating vineyards, which allowed him to become sensitive to the great similarities with the lands and climate of the Mediterranean belt. However, due to his commitment to the quality of the vine, he is called to go back to Baja California to leave there, in his beloved Valle de Guadalupe, the important trace of his presence in vines such as the wines "Urbinon" and "Terrasola", first renowned Mexican wines. With Viñedos La Redonda, Don Vittorio formally becomes a pillar of Queretaro and national viticulture, being in 1975 that plants its first vineyard, the first to cultivate especially wine varieties that were adapted to the region of Queretaro.
